Blue Arbor believes in Safety First. In fact, we have an outstanding safety program designed to educate and protect all of our employees.
Blue Arbor will provide safety training for all employees on every project. They will learn good general safety habits, making them an asset to their job environment. This training will take place at the time of employment. It will continue as an ongoing part of our quality assurance program (QAP) to ensure all employees are performing at the highest and safest level.
In addition, Blue Arbor promotes a drug-free workplace by performing pre-employment, post-accident, and random drug and alcohol testing of employees. All Blue Arbor employees are subject to pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing.
